Recently, “China Ports & Harbours Association Technology Progress Award” (China Ports & Harbours Technology Progress Award) authorized by China Ministry of Science and Technology annual assessing result was announced, “Research on Container RTG Powered by Overhead Power lines Using Electric Power Generated by Diesel Engines.” completed by Shanghai Hite Control System Co., Ltd. and Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. Zhendong Container Port Subsidiary Company was awarded the first prize.

    This award is intent to encourage individuals and organizations in China port field who have made contribution in scientific research, technology innovation and development, popularizing and applying scientific and technical achievements and industrialization of high technology enterprises, and to boost technology improvement of port and accelerate the development of port industry.
